China Nuclear International Uranium Corporation (Sino-Uranium) is a wholly owned subsidiary company of China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC). CNNC is the only large state-owned enterprise whose businesses scope covers the comprehensive nuclear activities in China from R & D, all nuclear fuel cycle business to the Nuclear Power Plant construction and operation.

China Nuclear International Uranium Corporation (Sino-Uranium) is the platform of CNNC for its uranium reserve and production in foreign countries.
